American Academy of Religion had there annual symposium in Toronto and they were keen to have a memorial service for Tamal Krishna Goswami (TKG) at the Radha Gopinatha Temple in Toronto also known as the Hare Krsna temple. Scholars from all of North America were attending the symposium and many of them were present in that evening of memorial service. Among the notables were Prof. Joseph T O'connel, Steven Rosen, Rev, Terri Galagher to name a few.
